The Municipality Profile:
Bulakan is composed of 14 barangays, Balubad, Bambang, Matungao, Maysantol, Perez, Pitpitan, San Francisco, San Jose, San Nicolas, Santa Ana, Santa Ines, Bagumbayan, Tibig and Taliptip. Bulakan, Bulacan is under of the first legislative district of Bulacan. 81,232 is the total population of Bulakan determined by the 2020 census.
The Purpose of the Survey, Method, and the Respondents:
The survey was conducted on 8 respondents as residents of random barangays in the Municipality of Bulakan. To determine and address the possible issues they encounter in their barangay, the personal effect of the problem in their barangay, and possible solutions and reforms to resolve their problems in their barangay and the municipality.
To collect the data from the respondents, I manually chat by the use of Facebook to interview my respondents by their statements to three questions given for them to answer. The format of the survey given to the respondents was in written form to freely express and address their problems in their barangay. In able to acquire a clear visualization of data, I manually tally the common problems listed in their answers and build the data using table form to have a virtual presentation of the data, formulate and create the interpretation and analysis of the data and create a conclusion from the conducted survey.

Interpretation of the Data
Aerotropolis in Bulakan, Bulacan is the primary problem in the Municipality of Bulakan followed by Illegal parking and proper waste segregation are the common problems that people are suffering from the administration. Access to social and health facilities, Government processes and public transactions, public works, and equality got the lowest percentage from data as a problem in every barangay of the municipality.
The Main Problem
Because of the Aerotropolis in Bulakan, Bulacan was passed in the Senate under the Build, Build, Build Program of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. The New Manila International Airport was proposed by the San Miguel Corporation. Congress approves the house bill granting the San Miguel Aerocity Inc. 50-year to seek and establish an international airport for the Municipality of Bulakan which later become law, the Republic Act No. 11506. An act to establish, construct, develop and operate the domestic and international airport in the Municipality of Bulakan. Because of the massive size of the area of the proposed airport, three barangays will possibly lose their homes and livelihood. Here’s the possible problem that might face Barangay Bambang, Perez and Taliptip. Possible to have road widening, building commercial and residential buildings are also possible to rise in the aerotropolis and land development for the clients of the partner company that will possibly devastatingly affect those inhabitants of the three barangay.
Conclusion:
The people in the Municipality of Bulakan are hoping to resolute those problems and also the development of the land should have better relocation and compensation for the people of Bulakan that will possibly lose their homes. Reinforcements in accessible livelihood training for those who will possibly lose their jobs. Also, the authorities must to these common problems like access to social and health facilities, government processes and public transactions, public works, and equality and satisfy the needs of the people of the municipality and have decent, quality living.
