Aside from this, government aid and fair distribution are also part of the concerns, whereas the issues regarding corruption might be a cause, or there are other parameters concerning this. Wherein priority citizens are not always given support and assistance in food, cash, and the like. Matters such as health and sanitation can also be included in this regard. In addition, troubles, for instance, those who do not comply with the guidelines, as one of the respondents shared, "The barangay stated that karaoke should not be allowed during online classes. However, some people still use karaoke past the mentioned hour, which disturbs other residents in the area." Also, issues in connection to drugs were subject to talk and be addressed. Furthermore, narrow roads are also an area of concern that contributes to the building up of traffic in the area, particularly in the Tawiran, Panasahan vicinity. Lastly, according to one respondent, there is a pressing need to provide or address the deployment of limited face-to-face, especially developing concrete plans and ensuring a secure and safe learning environment for both teachers and students.
