Explanation:

In order to provide a right and comprehensive report about the said issue, thorough research and additional data gathering is needed. The plan is to interview at least (2) two barangay officials with enough knowledge with regards to the said community issue, and at least (8) eight random individuals of different age groups in my chosen community.

I also have to get letter of consent before proceeding to the plan. Available records of barangay accomplishments in relation to combatting improper waste management will also be needed. I also need a receipt of waste collection schedule and the overall method of disposing it—where and how. The insights and suggestions of the official is also of high importance in this report. Hence, I will be needing to demand hearing their concrete plans toward the issue.

Photos and videos of the community is needed to prove or disprove the claim of some residents, saying garbage causes overflows and flooding in irrigation and nearby houses.

The interview will be documented through written format but can alter if the interviewee wish to record it.

Lastly, all collected information will remain confidential and will only be used for academic purposes.
