Summary:
Solid Waste Management is a very common yet so alarming problem that every community suffers. Recently, the #LetTheEarthBreathe becomes trending in raising awareness that our earth is now in crisis. Hence, I believe addressing this issue may serve a big help in saving the environment.
Rationale
- We need to raise awareness of how it is important to practice proper solid waste management.
- Addressing the issue could be a big help in our community.
- Acknowledging the views of the members of the community and perspectives of its officials, we may be able to create a solution objectively.
- Determine if the actions taken by the officials in solving the community issue are effective.
Explanation:
With reference to my first and second blog, I decided to pursue this community issue exclusively in our Barangay San Gabriel. In order to support my blog, I will be using the information I have gathered from my previous survey with the people in the community and also, the survey with the officials. In addition to this, I will personally capture photos of the garbage in selected areas in order to find out if people did practice waste management. Lastly, I will find evidence that will back up the claims of the officials regarding how they solve the prevailing community problem.
