Trucks on roads and highways of Valenzuela


Valenzuela is one of the highly urbanized and industrialized cities in the Philippines. It is a hub for factories and warehouses, the reason for the high volume of trucks going in and out of the city to move goods and products. Due to this, the community bears the burden of problems and concerns that impacts negatively on their lifestyle.

  • To know the various effects of transport trucks in the community

  • To understand the situation of people in the community

  • To inform the the whole community about the situation people are going through

  • To help them address and mitigate the negative effects of issues that will be raised in the community


In order to pursue the story, an interview will be conducted randomly among the residents and official/s of Valenzuela, particularly those who are living near the factories and warehouses. The interview questions will be mainly about the harm of trucks to the daily lifestyle of the community of Valenzuela. The reason for conducting the interview is to collect detailed and factual information on the existing phenomena with regards to road management, particularly on transport trucks in the city. Gathering information includes meticulous understanding, analysis, and interpretation of the issue in order to generate more accurate results to carefully describe and address the vital details of the problem. The answers of the interviewees will be summarized in a table, to make a conclusion among their answers. The official/s of the community will also be interviewed to see if they share the same thoughts and views with the community and ask for their proposed solution to the problem and to mitigate its effects on the entire community lifestyle.
